Owner Representation
We can provide invaluable representation of real estate owners in the construction process by offering our expertise in design management, construction overview, financial review, and project closeout. Our objective is to help you complete your project on time, within budget, and with as little exposure to risk as possible.

Construction Administration
Our Construction Administation services cover three phases of construction projects. In the pre-construction phase, we review drawings, specifications, budgets, entitlements, and schedules. During the construction phase, we make periodic site visits, track disbursements, review change orders, track funds available to complete the project, and review test reports. When the project is being closed out, we review designer's certificates of compliance, contractor's certificates of completion, and certificates of occupancy.

Property Condition Assessments
InterWeave provides Property Condition Assessments for acquisition and disposition scenarios. We work with our clients to establish their goals and to better provide the clearest picture of the property. We offer site and building reviews, building systems analysis, accessibility reviews, and life cycle costs.

Association Services
We offer services to Homeowner's Associations and Property Managers to help establish and maintain proper capital reserves, improve maintenance plans, identify and plan for repairs and replacements, and have stable and predictable assessments. We achieve this through transition studies, reserve studies, project design and documentation, bid review, and construction monitoring.
