Below is an outline of important aspects of our residential design efforts:
Service
We provide professional service. This means returning calls promptly, keeping you informed at all times, and asking for feedback to make sure we are living up to the your expectations.
Process
We employ an organic project process. We develop the process with input from each individual client so that the project meets your goals and vision. We identify team members, input, research, and work required, as well as all deliverables. The process
includes development of a Services Plan, implementation of our Programming Process, our Quality Assurance Program, and Client Feedback effort.
Schedule
We work with each client to establish the project schedule. If an accelerated schedule is desired and requires resources beyond our in-house staff, we bring in additional team members from a network of qualified individuals.
Product
We provide the highest quality deliverable possible, in terms of design, accuracy, and completeness of solution. The deliverables comply completely with the services plan created during the initial stages of design.
Fee
We develop a fee based on the scope of work established in the services plan. We believe our fees to be fair to all involved parties.
Experience
We have years of experience providing custom residential design services. We also have years of experience in a diverse expanse of other areas relating to architecture, construction and consulting. We bring a broad range of experiences to the table, helping ensure the best project possible.
